Deleting your Flobit account
You can delete your Flobit account yourself, at any time, in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It's permanent, and we say so before you confirm.
No longer have the app?
Email [email protected] from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We'll check it's you, delete the account, and tell you when it's done — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted
Your profile, photo, sports and ratings, your messages, your memberships of communities and tournaments, and your tip records.
What doesn't
- Matches you played stay in your opponents' history, with your name removed — the record is theirs too.
- Messages you sent stay in the recipients' conversations.
- We keep moderation records for up to 2 years where someone's safety depends on it.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
